My Teaching practice includes professional classes and workshops in improvisation, somatic movement and choreography. I have taught extensively on the BA programme at the Laban Centre London.
Outside of DKHP I work as a collaborator and movement director for visual artist’s projects internationally. My early training was in classical ballet at the Royal Ballet Upper School and Rambert School and then at the Laban Centre, where I joined Transitions. Since then along with Yoga and chi gong my study of several Improvisation and releasing techniques I experienced a breadth of body/mind based practices.
I recently completed a degree in psychology with Open University and am finding many connections to my performance practice.
I have been co-directing an arts centre for international exchange in rural France called La Traversee, hosting residencies, workshops and monthly performance events - http://la-traversee.com
